Vores eget træningscenterKondigrafen
Kondigrafen er stemningsfuldt indrettet i den gamle Husum Bio fra 1954. Bygningen rummer alt inden for træning og sund livsstil.
Med 98 motionsmaskiner har Kondigrafen et af landets største og bredeste udvalg af forskellige motionsredskaber. Alle motionsredskaberne er omhyggeligt udvalgt og er i en klasse helt for sig.
Kondigrafen råder over 1.657 kvadratmeter fordelt på syv forskudte plan og 12 rum, hvor der er skabt et spændende og roligt miljø med højt til loftet.
Styrke- og konditionstræning finder sted på tre forskudte plan i den tidligere loge og store biografsal.
Bodybike og foredragssalen findes i en tidligere biografsal med plads til 135 personer. Her har vi udnyttet de gamle trappeafsatsers perfekte ramme for, at alle kan se og følge med til både bodybike og foredrag.
Den almindelige holdtræning foregår i den tidligere tredje biografsal, hvor gulvet er rettet ud til et fjedrende sportsgulv, som skåner dine knæ og ryggen. Her er der plads til Reebok-stepbænke, aerobicmåtter, boksebolde i loftet og pilatesbolde.
